Within the UK, Where possible items will be sent in the smallest packaging possible to reduce costs. Royal Mail have a flat rate for First Class, First Class Recorded and Special Delivery (within certain weight ranges), these are reflected in the shipping prices at checkout with the packaging costs automatically added to the price.
Outside of the UK the policy is similar with packaging and shipping rates based on the price of Airmail International, Airmail International Signed-For and Airmail International AirSure with regards to the size of the items, the weight of the items and the destination.
In the unlikely event that the shipping method, packaging or pricing is incorrect after you have made a purchase you will be contacted to rearrange delivery.
Returns
If you are unhappy with an purchase then normally a full refund is offered up to 7 days from delivery.
